| Assistance for Members with underground tanks with new regulations. New legislation for sites containing underground petroleum storage systems (UPSS) commenced mid-2008. The MTA recognises that some of the new requirements are expensive and arduous, particularly the requirement for groundwater monitoring wells, which could costs tens of thousands of dollars to install before the required point in time of June 2011. |
