Over 400 members, guests and special dignitaries Mr Barry O’Farrell MP Leader of the Opposition, Mr Andrew Fraser MP Member for Coffs Harbour and Senator Concetta Fierravanti-Wells Liberal Senator for NSW and Shadow Minister for Ageing, who represented the Hon Tony Abbott MHR, Leader of the Opposition attended this spectacular evening of fine food, fine wine, fantastic entertainment and great company. |

Guests were taken through a time warp of the last 100 years of the Motor Industry, the Association and Australia through on screen presentations and dialogue by the Chief Executive Officer Mr James McCall.
The entertainment for the evening was period based starting with “Dame Nellie Melba” greeting guests on the red carpet at the Town Hall. To conclude the String Divas performed a stunning rendition based around a James Bond medley of iconic songs for the last decade.

Throughout the remaining of the year MTA will present acknowledge awards to Laurie Sutton, Doug Hunter, Les Vagg, Laurie Stewart, Terry Keating, Mick King, Keith Gill, Geoff King and Les Oakman whom were unable to attend the evening for their contributions to the Association as Past Presidents and/or Life Members.
