Resolving Petroleum Disputes – A flexible approach to suit your dispute
The Dispute Resolution Adviser (DRA) is a role and service established by the Oilcode to assist you in resolving issues regarding supply of a declared petroleum product and issues relating to a fuel supply agreement.
The Code aims to provide options as to how to resolve different matters and the DRA’s office is well aware that a “one size fits all” approach to dispute resolution is not appropriate for every individual and business in the petroleum industry.
Therefore, the DRA’s office will work with you to understand what your dispute is about and what approach might assist both parties to reach an efficient and workable outcome.
With over 20 years of experience in assisting the industry through mediation, conciliation and other modes of dispute resolution, under the voluntary Oilcode scheme between 1990 ad 1996 and now under Oilcode, the DRA’s office can assist you with disputes that fall within the scope of the Code.
